2 General Use of the Website
2.1 Hosting
The hosting services used by us serve the provision of the following services: infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage space, and database services, security services, and technical maintenance services that we use for the purpose of operating the Website.

We reserve the right to check the log data retrospectively if, on the basis of concrete evidence, the legitimate suspicion of illegal use exists. We store IP addresses for a limited period of 7 days in log files. We delete the IP address after 7 days. IP addresses are stored for security reasons and to clarify cases of misuse. In addition, we store the IP addresses if you have an account with us.

2.6 Google Fonts

3.2 Right to Rectification
You have the right to demand from us without undue delay the

account the purposes of processing, you have the right to request the
completion of incomplete personal data, including by means of a
supplementary statement.
3.3 Right to Erasure
Pursuant to Art. 17 para. 1 GDPR, you have the right to demand that personal data concerning you be deleted without undue delay, and we are obliged to delete personal data without undue delay if one of the following reasons applies:
- The personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.
- You withdraw your consent on which the processing according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR or Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a) GDPR is based, and there is no other legal basis for the processing.
- You object to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or you object to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 para. 2 GDPR.
- The personal data has been unlawfully processed.
- The erasure of personal data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation under Union law or the law of the Member States to which we are subject.

3.4 Right to Restriction of Processing
You have the right to demand that we restrict the processing if one of the following conditions is met:
- You contest the accuracy of the personal data for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the personal data.
- The processing is unlawful, and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of its use instead.
- We no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you require them for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, or

- The processing is based on consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR or Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a) GDPR or on a contract pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR, and
- The processing is carried out by automated means.
In exercising this right, you also have the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from us to another controller, where technically feasible.
3.6 Right to Object
You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you which is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e) or f) GDPR, including profiling based on those provisions. We shall no longer process the personal data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
Where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning you for such marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.
Where personal data are processed for scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes pursuant to Art. 89 para. 1 GDPR, you, on grounds relating to your particular situation, have the right to object to processing of personal data concerning you, unless the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out for reasons of public interest.

processing of personal data relating to you infringes the GDPR.
4 Data Security
We strive to ensure the security of your data within the framework of applicable data protection laws and technical possibilities.
Your personal data is transmitted securely by us. We use encryption techniques in the transmission of data on our website, but please note that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., when communicating by email) may have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
To secure your data, we maintain technical and organizational security measures according to Art. 32 GDPR, which we constantly adapt to the state of the art.

5 Disclosure of Data to Third Parties, No Data Transfer to Non- Eu Countries
